To schedule an evaluation, please fill out the new patient registration above. If you are a current patient you can make payments and check your home exercise program by logging into your patient portal.
We make sure all our new patients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. During your first visit, a Physical Therapist will perform a comprehensive evaluation that includes a review of your past medical history as well as the onset and mechanism of your current injury. Following assessment of your strength, range of motion and other specialized testing your therapist will make a treatment diagnosis. You and your therapist will discuss your goals and they will develop a treatment plan to get you back on the road to recovery.
